As a member, you agree that Fiesta Winery® will bill your designated credit card for each release + taxes and shipping (if required.)
It is the member’s obligation to notify Fiesta Winery® of any address changes before wines are billed. Fiesta Winery® will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected wines.
Direct shipping laws require an adult, 21 years or older, to accept and sign upon delivery of all wine shipments.
Fiesta Winery will hold will-call orders for 45 days. If pick up or shipping arrangements have not been made by that time your order will be considered forfeited.
Membership requires a minimum of TWO RELEASES to avoid a $50.00 cancellation fee. Membership continues until you notify Fiesta Winery to cancel. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@fiestawinery.com at least two weeks before a scheduled quarterly release. After cancellation is received, you will receive a confirmation email from the Wine Club Manager, and at that point you are canceled without further obligation, except for any wines billed to you prior to receipt of your notice of cancellation.
Fiesta Winery reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time without notice.
Membership offers, and details of such, are scheduled to change without notice.
