· As a member, you authorize Fiesta Winery® to automatically bill your credit card according to your selected membership.
· Membership requires a minimum of six deposits. Early cancellation will result in a $100 cancellation fee. Membership continues until you notify Fiesta Winery in writing to cancel. Cancellation requests must be submitted to info@fiestawinery.com at least two weeks before a scheduled deposit.
· Member benefits are extended to active members only – discounts will not be extended to any purchase outside of the member’s household.
· Complimentary tastings and/or glasses are reserved to one per person, per day on member visits.
· Adult (21+ years old) signature is required at delivery. Please designate an address for shipping where someone over 21 will be present to sign during normal business hours. No PO Boxes allowed.
· It is the member’s obligation to make updates online or notify Fiesta Winery® of any address changes before wines are billed. Members are responsible for any shipping, return and re-shipping costs.
· No refunds will be provided once the order/deposit is processed and paid, including wine returned or not picked up.
· Memberships will be automatically canceled by administration after 2 consecutive failed payments.
Membership is non-transferable. Offers, and details of such, are subject to change without notice.
Fiesta Winery reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time.
